Presentation Timer has no server, analytics, advertising, or tracking. The extension itself does not send your data to the developer or to any external service. It does not read or collect slide contents, presentation titles, names, or email addresses.
The extension extracts the presentation identifier from the current Google Slides URL to remember that presentation's timer duration and preferences. Running timer state (for example, when the timer was started or paused) is stored on your device using Chrome's local extension storage.
Preferences and presentation identifiers are saved using chrome.storage.sync. They are managed by Chrome and may be synchronized by Google across your signed-in browsers if Chrome Sync is enabled. For this reason, preferences cannot be described as strictly device-only. The developer does not receive or have access to this data. You can manage synchronization in Chrome settings.
This version is free. It has no payment integration and makes no payment requests. If a payment service is added in a future release, this policy will be updated before that integration is offered.
You can remove this extension and its browser-managed extension storage through Chrome. Manage any synchronized browser data through your Google account and Chrome Sync settings.
